HE WHEELIE KANDU JUST ABOUT ANYTHING...!
Meet
Kandu the inspirational dog who survived against all the odds. Brought to the
vets as a pup to be “put to sleep” due to the fact that he had no front legs, he
was given a new lease of life or should I say a whole new “wheel of life”, when
he was rescued by the Evergreen Animal Protective League and received his very
own bespoke designer wheels from Marti Kaufmann from the US firm Orthopets.
Kandu was swiftly adopted by Ken Rogers from Colorado who along with Kandu is
thrilled to share their story and pictures with us.
Kandu,
who now even has his own designer ski is a member of the Healing Friends Group
and offers lots of TLC and inspiration to hospital bound patients and takes his
disability in his stride.
Kandu continues to lift the spirits of many people in need and is even reported
to have helped one woman find her voice again after the trauma of a stroke.
